Hirn is situated in rural north east Scotland in scenic area with castles to visit, hills and forests to walk in and Pictish stones and stone circles to explore.
It is four miles from the nearest small town, Banchory, which provides a variety of accommodation and services. It is about three miles from the 16th Century Crathes Castle with its gardens, woodland walks, turrets and gargoyles.
There is no regular bus service, so transport is usually by car or taxi. We are very happy to collect you from Banchory centre and return you at the end of the day. We can also collect you from Aberdeen AirPort or Stonehaven railway station.
All courses are non-residential.
